Delivery General photo delivery is two business days after the on-site appointment, other media may require additional time. If you require a rush delivery please indicate that in the shopping cart by selecting the appropriate rush delivery fee.
Copyright Emanuel Mozes Photography retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license usage agreement for use of the copyrighted media while you are representing the listing.
Reshoots $79.99 minimum fee for exterior reshoots or 1-2 interior rooms. Full fee applies after 2 rooms.
Inclement Weather In the event of inclement weather preventing exterior photography, interiors will still be shot and exteriors rescheduled for the next available day.
Cancellation Policy Appointment cancellations must be made with 24 hours. Same day cancellation will result in a non-refundable fee of $75 + 50% of each service ordered. Fees for services already ordered prior to the cancellation are non-refundable. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to be photographed.
Domain Names Domain name purchases are non-refundable once the URL has been registered with an Internet registrar.
